Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba and BC release immigration draw results

PNP draws are a key part of Canada’s immigration strategyAs Canada progresses to meet its immigration targets for the years 2022-24, more significance is placed on PNP (Provincial Nominee Programs) draws. In a recap of recent draws, Quebec released the results of its draw this past week, British Columbia too held its weekly round of invites followed by Ontario and Manitoba The British Columbia Provincial Nomination Program (BC PNP) held its weekly round of invitations on March 22. British Columbia Over 204 immigration candidates in BC received invitations to apply for a provincial nomination The British Columbia Provincial Nominees Program (BC PNP) held its weekly round of invitations on March 22. OntarioThe Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) invited 471 candidates who may be eligible for the Ontario Express Entry Skilled Trades Stream.
QuebecOn March 10, the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration (MIFI) invited 506 to apply for a permanent selection under the Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program (QSWP).
ManitobaThe invitations were divided across three immigration streams:

• Skilled Workers in Manitoba — 102 invitations with a minimum score of 769;
• Skilled Workers Overseas — 64 invitations with a minimum score of 712; and
• International Education Stream — 25 invitations with no score requirement.
