Refund & Payment Confirmation Policy

Refund Policy:

The Client(s) acknowledge that the granting of a visa or status and the time required for processing this application is at the sole discretion of the concerned government and not 10PROServices LLC. There will be no refund on the fees paid in the event of the following:
  1. The application is refused by virtue of the applicant’s criminal record or failing to acquire security clearances.
  2. The applicant’s health reasons.
  3. The application is refused because of misrepresentations found in the application or presented by the applicant at the time of the interview of any other subsequent time.
  4. The applicant fails to provide documents requested by the Embassy, Consulate, Commission or Case Processing Centre.
  5. The Immigration Governing Bodies introduces changes to the Immigration Act or Regulations thereby making the applicant ineligible.
    • If, however, the application is denied because of an error or omission on the part of 10PROServices LLC, a refund of fee shall be made depending on the intensity and stage of the failure. The Client(s) agree that the fees paid are for services indicated above, and any refund is strictly limited to the amount of fees paid.
    • The client agrees he will not be issued a refund should the client wish to end their agreement with the company and withdraw from the service before the time of 10- PRO Services LLC submitting the client’s application.
    • If a refund is issued, we confirm that in line with 10- PRO Services LLC’s Terms and Conditions the refund will be made only through the Original Mode of Payment. Any transfer fee and currency conversion forex loss will be borne by the client.
    • This service agreement is valid until you receive your service completion confirmation and 10PROServices LLC is not liable for any other service referred to in this agreement after the validity of the service agreement.
    • Furthermore, you agree that 10PROServices LLC is not liable for any refund/compensation if you would withdraw and/or breach the contract for any reason and under any circumstances.
  6. Please allow for up to 30 days from the date of approval for the refund transfer to be completed

Payment Confirmation

Payment confirmation will be communicated via printed receipt for those clients who make in-person payments and by email for clients who make payments using online or other remote methods.The time duration for the payment confirmation to reach the customer is immediate for customers who pay in-person and within 48 hours for those customers who pay online or other remote methods.
